I just used a set of jig saw blades yesterday to remove the radio from a 98 New Beetle. I did grind the "set" off of the blades - to keep the blade thin enough.

I had to order it on ebay. Abacus That helpful B4 guy. The B4 VW radio keys are not unique. They come on every set of regular wiper blades known. Just find a junk blade and remove the metal strip next to the blade itself, it's a perfect tool for removing the radio.
