Before you reinstall drivers or software, test the Word program's ability to print. To do this, follow these steps:.

In reply to Umesh P's post on February 26, The problem has just occurred again. I had two Word files open, neither with clip art, tables, etc.

Another interesting thing, when you are directly connected, the print job goes right out and you are back to working, when I try and print from server shared device, it goes to a non responding state and take a minute or two before it throws the error.
